For some time now, Ive been following Shilpa’s food blog for Konkani food. A few days back during Navratri, I suddenly had 3 huge apples waiting to be consumend on the kitchen shelf. Turning to the trusted blog, here’s the apple halwa recipe that I found.
It turned out to be just amazing, and was consumed between the three families in no time. Planning to make more of this for Diwali!

I am always unlucky the second time I try stuff. This didn’t harden at all, and I had to deep freeze and keep eating it like ice cream. Same with the moravala. Was great the first time I tried, got all caramelized the next time. You must try it though…here’s the link
